I currently live in Pittsburgh, PA, with my partner, three cats and a dog. I have a home studio set up in my basement and garage.

• Any order over $100 ships free within the US.

• Small items, such as gaiwans or teacups, have a base fee of $5.00. Any additional item is $5.00 per item.

• Larger item shipping is $20.00 per large item.

• International shipping has a base fee of $20.00. Any additional item is $10.00 per item.

If an item is damaged upon receiving it, please contact me within the first week of receiving that item. I will work with you to fix or replace the damaged item.

Otherwise, I do not accept returns on my wares.

If you are living in the U.S., please allow for about 2 weeks to receive your order. Interational shipping may take longer.

Yes, all my glazes are food safe and human safe.

Generally my kitchenwares are microwave safe. However, please read product description to check for if it is an exception.

At this time, shop updates are not easily predictable. I will often give people a heads up via Instagram or through my newsletter when a new update is approaching.

I am happy to do custom orders for people, so long as the request is within my current aesthetic.
